The registration fee and hotel deposits are non refundable. Payments may be made by credit card (Visa, Arnex, Master Card, Diners Club) or a bankers draft made payable to the Doha Sailing Association.
If paying by draft this should preferably be in Qatari Riyals. A US dollar draft is also acceptable but may incur charges from the clearing bank. Payment and the original completed entry form should be mailed to :

Confirmation
Confirmation of your booking will be sent to you. Please check carefully the confirmation details to ensure they match your booking.

Passport Details
Visitors to Qatar must be in possession of a fully valid passport.
A copy or fax of each persons passport must be sent at least two weeks before arrival.
Entry visas will be applied for and will be available for collection at Doha airport for all entrants who require them, providing we receive the information requested on the booking form .
Visas are required for all entrants except Nationals of Gulf Co-operation Council States.
Sailors
Please note your fleet requests on the entry form as G- Gold, S- Silver, remember to give your sailing experience if requesting the Gold Fleet.
Travel & Visas
You are responsible for your own travel arrangements to and from Qatar. Gulf Air, Qatar Airways, British Airways and KLM are operating many direct international flights into Doha.
Other major carriers are also able to offer good connections via Bahrain, Dubai or Abu Dhabi. Fares vary widely and you are well advised to shop around for the best deal.
When you have decided on travel arrangements please enter the details on the booking form. DSA will apply for your entry visa into Qatar, and we will advise the airline concerned via their local representative here. The airlines may refuse you permission to board the plane if they have not received confirmation from their local representative in Doha that your visa has been approved. We will also meet you at Doha International Airport. For these reasons pleasure ensure that you keep us informed of any changes to your travel arrangements.

Qatar airways, the official carrier will give you special discount up to 25% from published market fare. To get this discount you have to fill the Entry Form and submit to us for processing, and we will issue a discount coupon to present it to Qatar Airways Office in your location. for other airlines see below.
