OBJECTIVES
Club Objectives
Promote sailing in Qatar and encourage sailing and boating activities.
Provide instructions in sailing necessary for teaching the inexperienced to sail and improving the skills of the experienced sailors.
Provide equipments, boats and organizational support and sailing competitions under the auspices of QATAR SAILING & ROWING FEDERATION - QSRF.
Provide to the community a means of learning sailing and safe boat handling at all skill evels.
Provide social and other facilities for embers as may be determined from time to time.
Sport Activites
Most of Olympic sail boats are available for free use in Doha Sailing Club:

| DSC & Qatar Sailing & Rowing Federation has all type of boats, which are sailed in the Asian Games. Qatari Sailors are amongst the winners in many regional regattas and Federation is fully committed to train them at world level. QSRF have some Asian & Olympic classes of boats too.

Doha Sailing Club provides more than just sailing.
Indoor facilities:
Library meeting rooms, Shaded Car park, Children play ground, net facilities and free net connections, First Aid pharmacy, Air conditioned in door dining and TV satellites furnished area, phone , fax, email connections free, cafeteria, relaxing sofa and chairs, sailing programs and social schedule, 
Workshop:
Fully equipped workshop to repair boats sails engines and other marine maintenance.
Labor Help:
Labor assistance to washing boat , rigging and pulling boats out of the water.
